About TOP TIER WEST

OUR PROMISE TO FAMILIES
We will not over-promise and under-deliver. We will not bury you in surprise fees. We will build a program where development, competition, and community come standard — every season, every team, every age group.
Top Tier West is the local home of Top Tier Baseball in the Fox Valley. We field competitive travel teams across 8U–High School, partner with elite indoor training facilities, and play in local leagues alongside a national tournament slate.
We are not a one-season program. We are a year-round organization where players grow up through Top Tier West, from first travel team through high-school prep.

Year-round development for ages 8U through High School
Expert Coaching
Professional-led instruction focused on long-term athletic development. Position-specific reps, mechanics-first hitting and pitching, and feedback built around what each player needs to keep climbing.
Full Uniform Package
Game jerseys, pants, hats, belts, socks, and training jersey provided to every rostered player.

Athletic Development
Strength, speed, agility, and arm-care programming through our performance partnerships — designed specifically for youth baseball athletes starting at 12u.
Tournament Schedule
Up to ten regional and overnight tournaments depending on age group: Game Day, GMB, Seminole, Prep Baseball, Primetime, Bullpen, PG, and select Ripken events.
Premier Facilities
Level Up Athletics and additional indoor space for defensive practices close to home. Indoor facilities in use from Nov through March. Local fields available for games and practices starting in April.
Path to Prep
A direct line into Top Tier's prep programs — showcase exposure, college coach visibility, and recruiting support to get players to the next level.

Program intensity scales with age. Younger teams focus on fundamentals and exposure. Older teams train and travel at a level designed to prepare players for high-school and beyond.
Fee covers everything in 'What's Included' above. *High School: additional fee will apply if a professional coach is chosen for the team. Payment plans available — $500 non-refundable deposit upon accepting roster spot; remaining balance split into monthly installments.
